How it comes together

A working relationship, from day one

The details make
the difference.

A buyer’s timeframe. A seller’s plans. The question they already answered. Your follow-up should start with what you know.

01

Keep the conversation together.

See messages, notes and available source history alongside the contact. Know where the information came from and what’s still missing.

02

Give AI something useful to work with.

Draft with the lead’s needs, available conversation history and your team’s configured workflow. Review the wording and make it yours.

03

Know when it’s your turn.

Keep replies and next steps in view. Take over when someone needs your experience, with the context already close at hand.

Support that fits the way you work

AI for the groundwork.
You for the relationship.

Choose how much help you need.
Keep the decisions that matter.

A useful first draft. Still your voice.

Let AI draft from the contact’s needs, available history and configured workflow. Refine the tone, add your experience and review the final message before sending.

For the days when a blank message box slows you down.

  1. 1Start with the contact’s actual context
  2. 2Generate and edit a draft

Bring the work you’ve already done

Your database isn’t
a blank slate.

Start with your existing leads and the information your team has collected. Preserve available history and source details so a new workspace doesn’t have to mean starting the conversation over.

Before you get started

A few good questions.

Something more specific?
Talk to us

Will the AI sound like it knows my business?

Drafts can use the contact’s needs, available conversation history and your configured workflow. Your team can edit the wording before sending. The goal is relevant follow-up grounded in what is known about the person, rather than the same script for every lead.

Do I have to automate everything?

No. Work manually, use AI for drafts, or discuss a defined automation workflow during setup. Automation availability depends on the configured workflow, sender readiness, recipient permissions and release controls. A website visit or setup form does not activate messaging.

Can I bring my existing leads and conversations?

We review your CRM, lead sources and available import options. Where a source makes communication history available, it can provide context for your team. History may be partial; Selcon identifies its source and gaps instead of presenting an incomplete record as the whole story.

Can my team work from the same information?

Yes. Contact details, available messages, notes and workflow context live in your company workspace. Team roles and access controls determine what each person can see and manage.

Can I message everyone I import?

Importing a lead does not grant permission to contact them. Text and email have separate checks. Existing opt-outs remain protected, and a missing approval or sender-setup issue needs to be resolved before the affected channel can be used.

What happens when I start my setup?

You share initial details about your team and the work you want Selcon to support. We review the right workflow, source connections and setup path. Review the applicable plan, price and terms before authorizing payment; submitting the initial form does not activate outreach.
