Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Selcon Lead CRM, selcon.space, and the Selcon Lead CRM Messaging Program, provided by Saunders Consulting LLC and presented as Saunders Consulting Group.

1. The service

Selcon is a real-estate lead communication and workflow product. Features may include lead organization, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling support, manager review, reporting, consent status, opt-out controls, and integrations. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Business users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the service only for authorized business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Business user responsibilities

Business users are responsible for the lawful source and accuracy of contact records, the authority to communicate with each person, the content and timing of outreach, and compliance with applicable real-estate, privacy, telemarketing, and consumer-protection requirements. Purchased, scraped, or unlawfully transferred contact lists are prohibited.

4. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Business users must apply human judgment and review important communications. Selcon must not be used to make housing eligibility, credit, legal, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review and appropriate safeguards.

5. SMS program terms

The Selcon Lead CRM Messaging Program sends recurring informational and marketing messages about real-estate inquiries, property information, appointment coordination, and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and device compatibility. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Selcon for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited communications; to evade opt-outs or sending restrictions; to collect highly sensitive information through messages; or to interfere with the service or another user.

7. Fees and cancellation

Business pricing, setup fees, subscriptions, usage charges, billing dates, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable service order or written agreement. No public checkout is offered on this website. Ending a business subscription does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination.

8. Ownership

Selcon, its software, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Business users retain rights in their own records and content, subject to the permissions needed for Selcon to provide the service.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, message delivery, lead conversion, business results, or error-free AI-assisted output.

10. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Saunders Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Selcon. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
