This policy explains how Saunders Consulting LLC, presented as Saunders Consulting Group, handles information through Selcon Lead CRM, this website, and the related messaging program.
Information we collect
- Business account, team member, and support contact information.
- Lead contact details, real-estate interests, inquiry history, and appointment preferences provided by the person or participating business.
- Message content, delivery events, consent source and time, disclosure version, and opt-out status.
- Technical information such as device, browser, access logs, and security events.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve Selcon.
- Respond to real-estate inquiries and coordinate requested follow-up or appointments.
- Provide AI-assisted drafting, conversation context, routing, reporting, and human review tools.
- Honor communication choices, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Mobile information and consent
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be processed by service providers solely to operate and deliver the messaging program on our behalf.
Client-provided records
A participating business may provide records for people who contacted that business. The participating business is responsible for the source, accuracy, and lawful authority to use those records. Selcon does not authorize purchased lists, scraped contacts, or the transfer of consent between unrelated senders or purposes.
AI-assisted processing
Selcon may use automated systems to organize conversation context and prepare suggested responses. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect and is subject to workflow controls and human oversight. We do not use message content to make decisions about housing eligibility, credit, or other legally protected determinations.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use communications, hosting, database, security, analytics, and support providers to operate Selcon. They may process limited information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
