Before you begin

Know what onboarding asks—and why.

Selcon is a technology product of Saunders Consulting Group. This guide shows what information we request, when payment enters the process, and what remains off until you approve it.

The full sequence

A guided process—not a surprise checkout.

You can see each stage in your onboarding account, save progress, and review Selcon’s notes without managing a long email chain.

  1. 01

    Explore Selcon

Review the real product walkthroughs and decide whether Selcon addresses your follow-up problem.

  2. 02

    Send a setup request

Share basic contact, team, workflow, lead-volume, and current-system information. No card is requested.

  3. 03

Tell us how your business works

Create your onboarding account and explain your company, team, lead sources, and handoffs. If you do not know an answer, leave a help note for Selcon.

  4. 04

    Review the recommendation

Selcon prepares the proposed workflow, implementation scope, price, terms, and expected responsibilities.

  5. 05

    Approve the plan

Payment or a written pilot commitment comes before client-specific configuration and provider work begin.

  6. 06

Connect your tools and confirm texting

Selcon reviews your current systems, business name, text-permission records, and team access through separate steps.

  7. 07

    Test before launch

Your team reviews the workspace, workflow behavior, handoffs, and operating controls before anything goes live.

What we ask for

Only the information needed to recommend and configure the right workflow.

Business identity

We separate the official legal or brokerage identity from the team or agent name customers recognize.

Team and access

We identify the primary administrator, additional users, and the person who should receive urgent handoffs.

Where leads come from

We learn where leads first sign up and where your team works them now. Never put passwords into an ordinary form.

Text messaging setup

If texting is included, we confirm who the texts come from, how people agreed, who handles HELP, and what signup records exist.

Visible approval boundaries

Nothing important should happen merely because you filled out a form.

The public request and onboarding checklist are planning tools. Operational changes stay behind separate approvals.

No automatic charge

You review the scope, exact price, and terms before checkout.

No automatic data import

Lead or customer records are not imported from the public form or checklist.

No automatic live messaging

Provider, sender, consent, recipient, and launch gates remain separate.

No hidden workspace access

Team invitations and permissions are confirmed before access is granted.

Information safety

Never send passwords, API keys, government identifiers, or raw customer records through an ordinary questionnaire.

When a later setup stage needs a system connection or supporting document, Selcon should provide a specific controlled method and explain exactly what is required.
