Buyer messaging privacy policy
This policy describes information handling for the Ben Saunders Real-Estate Buyer Follow-Up program. Ben Saunders with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage is the consumer-facing sender, and Selcon provides the supporting software.
Information collected
- Contact details supplied with a real-estate inquiry, including a mobile number when provided.
- Property interests, requested areas, appointment preferences, and related conversation details.
- Separate informational and marketing SMS choices, consent source, time, disclosure version, message history, delivery events, and opt-out status.
- Limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the program.
How information is used
- Respond to real-estate inquiries and provide requested property information.
- Coordinate calls, tours, search updates, and related buyer follow-up.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the messaging workflow.
- Honor STOP, HELP, consent, and other communication choices.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Limited information may be processed by communications, hosting, security, and support providers only as needed to operate the program on behalf of the consumer-facing sender. Informational consent is not treated as marketing consent, and consent is not transferred to unrelated businesses, senders, or purposes.
Data choices and retention
Reply STOP to opt out of program messages or HELP for help. Consent and suppression records may be retained as needed to honor communication choices, document program activity, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
