Buyer messaging terms
These terms apply to the Ben Saunders Real-Estate Buyer Follow-Up program from Ben Saunders with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage.
Program description
People may separately choose informational SMS about their real-estate inquiry, requested property information, and tour or call coordination. They may independently choose marketing SMS about listing recommendations, real-estate opportunities, and related buyer follow-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology or an AI assistant.
Consent, frequency, and charges
Informational and marketing SMS choices are separate and optional. Neither is a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Message frequency varies based on the person's inquiry and interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless the person later opts in again.

Delivery and availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, and accurate contact information. The program may be changed or discontinued.
Acceptable use and records
The program does not authorize purchased or scraped lists, messages to people who opted out, or use of consent for unrelated senders or purposes. Recipient-level consent and suppression evidence remain required before a number is eligible for messaging.
