SMS consent and opt-in

This page documents the consumer-facing opt-in workflow and messaging practices for the Selcon Lead CRM Messaging Program presented by Saunders Consulting Group.

Real-estate inquiry follow-up, property information, appointment coordination, and related service updates or offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

How consent is recorded

  1. A person provides a mobile number while making a real-estate inquiry.
  2. The SMS checkbox is separate, optional, blank, and unchecked by default.
  3. The disclosure identifies the sender, purpose, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, Terms, and Privacy Policy.
  4. The participating business records the phone number, consent time, source, disclosure version, and later opt-out status.

We do not buy or sell mobile opt-in lists, and consent for one messaging purpose is not treated as consent for an unrelated purpose.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. We process recognized opt-out requests and suppress further program messages to that number.
