This page documents the consumer-facing opt-in workflow and messaging practices for the Selcon Lead CRM Messaging Program presented by Saunders Consulting Group.

- Real-estate inquiry follow-up, property information, appointment coordination, and related service updates or offers.
- Frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Choice
- SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
How consent is recorded
- A person provides a mobile number while making a real-estate inquiry.
- The SMS checkbox is separate, optional, blank, and unchecked by default.
- The disclosure identifies the sender, purpose, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, Terms, and Privacy Policy.
- The participating business records the phone number, consent time, source, disclosure version, and later opt-out status.
We do not buy or sell mobile opt-in lists, and consent for one messaging purpose is not treated as consent for an unrelated purpose.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. We process recognized opt-out requests and suppress further program messages to that number.
